Pumpkin-Sorbet: Why it must be over?

Sorbet of the Styrian pumpkin with caramelised pumpkin seeds - yummy, it was so delicious, I wish I could eat it all the time! Thanks Bierkrone 2011 and thanks Schloss Taverne Farrach for this sweet enjoyment.
